     Welcome to Table 2, Period 2's class wiki.  This purpose of this wiki, is to show all of the experiments and assignments completed in Unit 1 of Mr. Ozeni's class. If you click on the links of our sidebar, you will see all of the work that we hae accomplished. Unit one is based on finding out how to make a great science project, this includes writing hypothesis', analyzing graphs, making good experiments and more.

     The eight grade standard that is covered in this unit:

      Scientific progress is made by asking meaningful questions and conducting careful investigations. As a basis for understanding this concept and    addressing the content in the other three strands, students should develop their own questions and perform investigations. Students will:

1. Plan and conduct a scientific investigation to test a hypothesis.
2. Evaluate the accuracy and reproducibility of data.
3. Distinguish between variable and controlled parameters in a test.
4. Construct appropriate graphs from data and develop quantitative statements about the relationships between variables.
